The clinician is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for clients in an adult substance abuse treatment center. They facilitate therapy groups, manage crisis situations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery.
Candidates must hold a valid Texas clinical license such as LCDC, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT. At least two years of experience working with behavioral health needs and addiction counseling is required.
We are currently hiring for full-time (FT), part-time (PT), and PRN positions, with flexible scheduling options available.

The Outpatient Primary Counselor is responsible for meeting the clinical needs of clients receiving services in adult substance abuse treatment center, at PHP level of care. A Primary Counselor collaborates within a multidisciplinary team of medical, clinical admissions and recovery professionals to develop and facilitate a treatment plan to support clients in building the initial layers of their recovery foundation. Using clinical knowledge and skills, the Primary Counselor implements clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and address the clinical and psychosocial barriers to a client’s recovery and overall well-being.
Qualifications, licensure & education
• Addiction counseling: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
Primary Counselors are assigned company cell phones and laptops for work purposes, as well as the office and tools necessary for their position and responsibilities.
