The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care and implements treatment plans under clinical supervision. They are responsible for crisis intervention, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and assisting with discharge planning to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred. Experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting and knowledge of crisis management techniques are required.
We are currently hiring for full-time (FT), part-time (PT), and PRN positions, with flexible scheduling options available.
