The registered nurse develops, implements and evaluates the nursing plan of patient care and implements the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines. We are a 24 bed medical-surgical unit designed to treat patients who have both an active medical illness, as well as an active psychiatric illness. N3W staff work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. #READ
