The Certified Peer Specialist will support youth in articulating and achieving their recovery and wellness goals through personalized interventions and community transition planning. They are responsible for documenting progress notes, building rapport using lived experience, and collaborating with the workforce to ensure effective service delivery.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have lived experience with a behavioral health diagnosis or substance use. A valid Georgia driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
