What You’ll Do
Provide skilled nursing visits (RN's/LPNs) based on the client’s plan of care.
Medication management, vitals, treatments, wound care, education, and assessments.
Collaborate with our clinical team for changes in condition and care coordination.
Document visits electronically (user-friendly system; training provided).
What We’re Looking For
Active Indiana RN or LPN license.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
