The Care Associate provides person-centered care by assisting residents with activities of daily living and implementing personalized care plans. They also collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs and provide emotional and spiritual support.

Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones How you will make an impact Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Assisting residents in activities of daily living Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter What you will need Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred Current CPR certification is preferred. Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working Must be at least 18 years of age Basic computer skills required.
