The Physical Therapy Assistant will implement treatment plans established by the physical therapist to assist patients with strengthening, mobility, and functional activities. They are responsible for training patients in the use of assistive devices and providing compassionate care in a critical illness recovery setting.
Candidates must hold a valid state Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license and possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the start date. The role requires the ability to work in a clinical environment providing direct patient support.
