Overnight Awake Staff - Adult Supports

Company Description The Evergreen Center is a world-class private human services organization that provides living and learning environments for individuals with developmental disabilities diagnosed with multiple disabilities including Autism, physical disabilities, neurological problems and behavior disorders. Evergreen's Adult Supports Division was created to provide a range of residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental challenges served by the Commonwealth's Department of Developmental Services. The mission of the Adult Residential Supports Division is to support the individuals to make independent choices while pursuing a life centered in a community involvement.

Job Description

The Evergreen Center is seeking Overnight Awake Staff responsible for the health, safety and comfort of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division.

Responsibilities

Implement personal care needs for the individuals. Complete head checks at specified intervals. Collect overnight behavioral, medical, or instructional data. Report any health and safety issues or any behavioral observations. Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community. Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere. $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
