The LPN will work with the interdisciplinary care team to perform patient assessments and develop care plans. They are also responsible for providing compassionate nursing care and assisting with medications and treatments.
Candidates must hold a valid Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. A caring, compassionate attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required.
