Saturday from 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM (sometimes later depending on patient needs) Teammates typically work three to four 12- to 13-hour shifts per week. DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
