Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a current CA RN license, and BLS certification. A minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology, is desired.

City of Hope is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our Case Management team, specializing in cancer treatment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating patient care along the continuum, advocating for patients, and ensuring their satisfaction while focusing on cancer care. This opportunity is for part-time, 8-hour shifts (3 shifts per week), and designated for the day shifts. The schedule will be for Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday. As a successful candidate, you will: Utilize the Case Management process to effectively communicate and coordinate patient care, ensuring a seamless experience for patients receiving cancer treatment. Serve as a patient advocate, actively promoting customer satisfaction by addressing patient concerns and facilitating their needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and plan patient care, ensuring timely access to necessary resources and services. Monitor patient progress and identify opportunities for care improvement, working to enhance the overall quality of care delivery. Utilize your BSN degree and clinical expertise to contribute to the overall success of the Case Management department.
