Deliver individualized care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents while promoting their independence and dignity. Monitor and report changes in resident health status to the clinical team and maintain strict confidentiality of resident information.
Candidates must be high school graduates or GED equivalents with a current certification from an accredited CNA program. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to serve residents with compassion and dignity are required.
