The pharmacy technician assists pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and record-keeping of medications for patients across all age groups. They also maintain operational efficiency by identifying equipment issues and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess current PTCB or ExCPT certification along with a Virginia State Board of Pharmacy license. Applicants must have a clean criminal record and be available to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency coverage.
