$75,000 - $100,000 / YEAR
Provide home-based clinical care to patients with illnesses, injuries, or chronic conditions while coordinating with physicians and overseeing support staff. Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and home safety to ensure positive health outcomes.
Must be a Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Michigan and at least one year of clinical experience. Requires current CPR certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.
