The Certified Medication Aide is responsible for accurately administering medications and monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of residents. They must maintain detailed records and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Candidates must hold an active Oklahoma CMA certification and current CPR/First Aid certification. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience in assisted living or memory care is strongly preferred.

Earn an additional $3.00 per hour
Available to CNAs, CMAs, and Charge Nurses
Effective May 30, 2026, eligible clinical floor staff may earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period by meeting the program requirements.
This incentive program is being offered as a pilot and will be evaluated monthly beginning in June 2026.

The Certified Medication Aide is responsible for administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and organizational policies. This position works closely with nurses and other care team members to monitor resident health, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure exceptional quality of care.
