Provide survivor-centered, trauma-informed individual and group therapy to clients in a women's shelter setting. Collaborate with case managers, legal advocates, and community agencies while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and current licensure or licensure eligibility. Candidates should have experience working with survivors of trauma, domestic violence, or human trafficking.
Education and Experience Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field Current licensure or licensure-eligible (LCSW, LMHC/LPC, LMFT, or equivalent per state requirements) Experience working with survivors of trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking preferred Strong clinical judgment and crisis intervention skills Cultural humility and commitment to survivor-centered care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally intense environment
What You’ll Do You will provide survivor-centered, trauma-informed care in a women’s shelter setting, serving our Naples and Immokalee campuses. Clinical Services Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches Conduct comprehensive intake and risk assessments Develop and update short-term, goal-focused care plans Deliver trauma interventions such as EMDR and Acute Stress Adaptive Training Protocol Support clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and crisis-related symptoms Provide psychoeducation on coping skills, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and healthy relationships Crisis & Collaboration Respond to mental health crises and provide stabilization support Partner with case managers, legal advocates, medical providers, and community agencies Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation Ensure compliance with ethical standards, agency policies, and applicable regulations
