Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.

How you’ll contribute A Physical Therapist Assistant who excels in this role: Provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function.

Implement treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities.

Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan.

Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.

Documents services provided and patient response/progress.

What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Ohio.

Requirements

Associate’s degree and graduation from a program in the discipline are required. Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also necessary.
