Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a fulltime Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team! This is your opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with a focus on caring for our pediatric population throughout La Crosse, WI and our surrounding areas. What You'll Do: As an Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will provide treatment to help support children and teens in developing the physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional skills needed in everyday life. After initial evaluation, you will create a care plan that identifies individual goals, age-specific activities, and milestones that will be integrated into each follow-up session. These sessions will help children and teens meet developmental milestones, overcome sensory challenges, improve self-care, play, and self-regulation skills. Our current pediatric therapy team consists of 4 OTs, 3 PTs, and 2 Rehabilitation Technicians for support.
