The ARNP-FNP will provide patient-centered primary care services, including physical exams, diagnosing illnesses, and managing chronic conditions for patients aged 14 and older. They will also facilitate coordinated care among the treatment team and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
Candidates must hold a valid Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license, FNP certification, and a DEA license. At least one year of experience in primary care and proficiency with Electronic Health Records are preferred.
Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County. This position includes providing primary care services within the advanced registered nurse practitioners’ scope of practice. Care provided will be patient centered, compassionate, appropriate, and effective for the promotion of health, prevention of illness and treatment of disease for patients ages 14 and above.
This position will normally require that the employee work a standard, forty (40) hour week. This position is classified as being “exempt” according to the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License required. Washington State Registered Nurse License required, or valid multi-state license. FNP Certification required. DEA license, recognized by Washington State. BLS Certification required. At least one-year experience in primary care preferred. One-year experience using Electronic Health Record preferred. Bilingual preferred (fluent in English and Spanish). Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to enter information into a computer network system. Must comply with agency policies and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Office “Suite”. Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check and national background check if have not lived in WA State consecutively the last 3 years. Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner. Organized and able to work independently in a variety of settings. Must maintain current contact information and mailing address on file with the HR office.
