The Associate Dentist will perform comprehensive dental procedures including molar root canals and extractions in a high-growth practice environment. The role requires efficient diagnosis and treatment planning while maintaining a consistent 4-day, 44-hour weekly schedule.
We are seeking a clinically strong, performance-oriented Associate Dentist to join a de novo practice with an aggressive growth strategy and strong new-patient acquisition. This role is best suited for a dentist who understands the realities of a de novo ramp-up and is motivated by long-term upside rather than short-term guarantees.
