Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN)

Requirements

Must-Haves Active New Jersey RN license. 2+ years hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (Botox plus dermal fillers) with confidence working independently in-room. Strong consult communication and comfort recommending treatment plans (including packages when appropriate) in an education-first way. Ability to commit to a consistent multi-location schedule - Fridays at Hoboken, Saturdays alternating, with Thursdays at Edgewater. Nice-to-Haves Biostimulator experience (Sculptra, Radiesse) or strong interest in expanding scope. Facial balancing mindset and documented case examples. Laser or device experience, or genuine interest in learning. Wellness and longevity clinic experience (hormone therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss) or genuine interest in the model. Polished, client-ready professionalism and a positive, team-first presence. Credential note: NJ-licensed NP/APN or PA will be considered if open to the same W2 hourly plus commission structure.

Compensation

$65-$75/hr base, commensurate with experience. Commission structure covered in recruiter interview. Full-spectrum model - injectables + hormone optimization + IV therapy + medical weight loss - for providers who want to work in a center that does more than Botox. Employee pricing on certain services and products per clinic policy (where applicable).
