The physician will provide primary care services, including annual wellness checks and the treatment of chronic conditions for approximately 16 patients per day. They will also perform diagnostic testing, laboratory services, and immunizations within the Pahrump Clinic.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and have completed residency training in Family, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. An active, unobstructed Nevada medical license and DEA registration are required to perform the duties of this role.

As a Physician in Senior Primary Care within our Intermountain Health Medical Group - Pahrump Clinic, you will join a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will approximately 16 patients per day for annual wellness checks, identification and treatment of chronic conditions, diagnostic testing, laboratory services and immunizations. This role features a Hero Stipend of $25,000.00 / Year Starting Bonus of $60,000.00 Relocation of up to $20,000.00 for eligible household moves Quality Incentives starting at $30,000.00 / Year Your weekly schedule will be 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts No nights, weekends or hospital call required Requirements of this role: Experience Preferred - New Grads will be considered. MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine Residency training in Family, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one Active DEA, or the ability to obtain one Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process Preferences for this role: Experience in managed care and/or geriatric care Fluency in Medical Spanish preferred (not required) How we'll support you.
