Veterinary Kennel Technician

The kennel technician is responsible for the daily care, feeding, and medicating of animals in the hospital and boarding facility. They also assist veterinary staff with animal restraint, exams, and the sterilization of surgical instruments.

Candidates must be able to perform moderately heavy physical labor and possess knowledge of animal restraint and cleaning methods. The ability to sympathetically attend to animals and follow oral or written instructions is required.
