Private Duty PD Nurse – Cottonwood

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Private Duty Home Care | Cottonwood Case Private Duty is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care for a private duty client in Cottonwood. This role offers a consistent assignment in a home care setting, ideal for nurses who value personalized care, strong patient relationships, and making a meaningful impact every shift. This position is best suited for LPNs who take pride in their work, show up with intention, and understand the responsibility that comes with caring for someone in their home. Service Location Cottonwood (single assigned case) Key Responsibilities Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in the client's home Administer medications and treatments as prescribed within scope of practice Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the care team Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Perform routine nursing tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and basic treatments Educate the client and family on care routines and health management Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment at all times

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment Private duty or home care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and observational skills Excellent communication and professionalism Ability to work independently while following a detailed plan of care Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused Current CPR certification
