The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care to acutely or chronically ill patients in their homes according to a physician's plan of care. They are responsible for documenting clinical progress notes and coordinating patient services with the broader healthcare team.
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of practice. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle are also required.
