We are currently seeking candidates for a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery specialist to join our team at Largo and Kensington Medical Center.

A broad reconstructive practice which includes both implant-based and autologous breast reconstruction, post-weight-loss soft tissue removal, head-to-toe reconstruction of soft tissue defects in coordination with our surgical oncology team, post-Mohs reconstruction of facial defects, breast reductions, functional blepharoplasties, transgender top surgery, and other miscellaneous reconstructive cases
Work in a collaborative environment with a group of 7 other full-time plastic surgeons
Call coverage for our patients which is split evenly among all plastic surgeons, and does NOT involve coverage of hand call
This position is listed as a 1.0 FTE, which is the equivalent of 40 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below
Microvascular fellowship is preferred but not required; should have comfort and willingness to perform microsurgical cases, primarily in context of breast reconstruction (DIEP flaps), as part of two-surgeon team
The starting annual salary for this position is $510,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
