The Emergency Veterinarian will perform triage, physical examinations, and emergency surgeries while managing diagnostic and therapeutic plans for pets. They are also responsible for communicating diagnoses and treatment options directly to customers and maintaining accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold a DVM or equivalent degree and possess strong skills in emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
The wage range for this role is $140,000 - $350,000 salary per year (for a full-time position), inclusive of base salary and discretionary production bonus target. The expected base salary for this role is between $180,000 - $200,000 of this wage range.
