Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Collaborate with the clinical team to design individualized plans of care and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
Requires a Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a current, unrestricted state license. Candidates must also hold a valid CPR/BLS certification and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.
