The clinician is responsible for assessing service requests to ensure medical necessity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and medical directors to facilitate appropriate care outcomes for members.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted license in Florida and at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsible for verifying that services are medically necessary and align with established clinical guidelines, insurance policies, and regulations - ensuring members reach desired outcomes through integrated delivery of care across the continuum. Contributes to overarching strategy to provide quality and cost-effective member care.
