The Physical Therapy Assistant will travel to clients' homes to implement prescribed physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progress. They will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust treatment plans and educate families on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment.
The candidate must be a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant capable of performing patient assessments and implementing therapy interventions. The role requires the ability to travel to various client locations and participate in a pre-hire health assessment and drug screen.
