$32 - $38 / HOUR
The LPN will provide direct patient care, including assessments, screenings, medication administration, and wound care within a primary care setting. They will also assist with patient education, care management for chronic diseases, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
Candidates must hold a current Nebraska LPN license and current CPR certification. The role requires between three to six years of nursing experience in clinical, public, or community health settings depending on the grade level.

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Primary Care
Reports to: Primary Care Nurse Supervisor
Function as LPN in the provision of health care and educational/screening programs.
GRADE: 12
1. Current Nebraska license as an LPN. 2. Current CPR certification. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and proficient level of oral and written communication, 4. Promote teamwork and ability to motivate staff 5. Advanced level of organization and multi-tasking abilities.
Grade: 13
1. Meet the minimum qualifications above; 2. Three years of nursing experience preferably in clinical nursing, women’s health, public health, or community health nursing.
Grade: 14
1. Meet the minimum qualifications above; 2. Six years of nursing experience preferably in clinical nursing, women’s health, public health, or community health nursing.
