The ICU Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. They act as a patient advocate, maintain accurate medical records, and administer medications according to clinical standards.
Seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
This position works under general supervision while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care required to meet the needs of the patient.
Associate Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred).
2 years of nursing or previous preceptorship within ICU unit at MLH preferred.
BLS certification required. Current registered nursing (RN) license or Temporary permit from the State of NE required. ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
