Evaluate patient conditions to develop and implement personalized treatment plans while providing hands-on therapy and exercise instruction. Collaborate with healthcare providers and educate patients on preventive care to ensure comprehensive and effective rehabilitation.
Candidates should hold or be eligible for a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree and possess a valid state physical therapy license. Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, along with strong manual therapy skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities: ● Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
● Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function
● Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
● Educate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention
● Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
● Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment techniques
● Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
● Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferred
● State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred
● Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferred
● Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred
● Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
● Team-oriented approach to patient care
