Integrated Medical Services (IMS)

The provider will perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients within the cardiology department. Responsibilities also include ordering diagnostic tests, managing prescriptions, and providing patient education and care coordination.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold a valid Arizona license. A minimum of one year of experience in cardiology is required for this position.

IMS is currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology department in Avondale, Arizona
• One year of experience in Cardiology is required
