The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, which includes monitoring, documenting, and reporting patient conditions and changes in status. Responsibilities also involve administering medications and treatments, assisting with care planning, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants as assigned.
Candidates must be dependable, professional, and ready to start quickly, requiring an active LPN License, current CPR Certification, and a valid Driver's License. All required documentation, including proof of liability insurance if needed and registration with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry, must be submitted promptly for file review.
