What We're Looking For

  • D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin

Requirements

Candidates must hold a D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited institution. Additionally, they must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
