Your Role

As a Care Aide, you'll help clients feel safe and supported in their own homes. You’ll follow personalized care plans and work under the guidance of our local Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in clients’ residences.
• Assist with personal care, including hygiene and grooming.
• Support mobility and assist with physical therapies/exercises.
• Perform domestic and household tasks such as light cleaning and meal prep.
• Offer companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow personalized care plans.
• Skills Required:

Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver preferred. Comfort using a smartphone for schedules and documentation (support available if needed). Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards. Naturally compassionate, dependable, and patient in nature. What You’ll Need:

Active and Certified in Home Health Aide or Prior experience as a caregiver. (Certification is a plus) CPR/First Aid AED (or willingness to obtain) TB test or chest X-ray Ability to travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas. Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation.
