The Registered Nurse will manage a caseload of Peritoneal Dialysis patients, providing clinical care, assessments, and care planning. They are responsible for training patients and caregivers on dialysis procedures and conducting home visits to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates must hold an active RN license in the state of practice and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. An Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, while a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
