The Occupational Therapist will complete evaluations assessing residents' functional, cognitive, and physical abilities, and then develop and implement individualized, goal-driven treatment plans focusing on ADLs, self-care, and mobility. Responsibilities also include educating stakeholders, collaborating with the team, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and hold the required license to practice in the State of Wisconsin. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping seniors, organized, proactive, and communicates effectively.
