Provides health care and physical support for residents under the direction of a nurse, including assistance with daily activities and personal hygiene. Ensures residents receive appropriate nutrition and delivers compassionate support to residents and their families.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates must hold a current State Certified Nursing Assistant certification.

Provides health care for residents under the direction of a nurse. Assists patients under their care with day-to-day tasks, playing a vital support role.
Answers resident calls and determines how best to help them. Provides physical support for residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising. Turns and repositions bedridden patients. Ensures residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences. Provides encouragement and support with eating. Delivers compassionate support, attention, and assistance to residents and families. Performs other related duties as required and directed.
