The Licensed Practical Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on physician orders and established plans of care. They work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Candidates must be graduates of a state-approved practical nursing program and hold a current nursing license. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment.

A qualified Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Services are furnished in accordance with Agency policies.
