We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic SUD team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As the CMA, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical and administrative functions of our practice. You’ll be responsible for assisting our healthcare providers with patient care, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history. Prepare and clean examination rooms. Manage patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Manage patient flow and handle patient inquiries. Perform administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining office supplies.
QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. MA certification required. Previous experience as an MA. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and office equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent office software. As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer. Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu.
