Key Responsibilities Intern Will

1. Complete all onboarding, background checks, and required training prior to beginning placement. 2. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policy. 3. Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards. 4. Complete assigned hours and submit supervision documentation to both the Agency and their academic institution. 5. Communicate regularly with their assigned Field Instructor and/or Task Supervisor regarding performance, learning goals, and client progress.

Agency Will

1. Provide a qualified Field Instructor/Supervisor who meets credentialing and licensure requirements. 2. Offer appropriate learning opportunities consistent with the Intern’s academic and professional goals. 3. Provide supervision, feedback, and written evaluations as required by the academic program. 4. Ensure that the intern has access to resources and guidance necessary for success in the placement.

Intern/Practicum Terms & Conditions Nature of Internship

• The internship/practicum will include both office-based and community-based service opportunities.
• The intern may be assigned to different programs or locations based on agency needs.

Education

• Bachelor's and Master's Level interns are encouraged to apply.

Supervision and Participation

• Individual supervision will be conducted weekly by the assigned Field Instructor or Task Supervisor through team meetings or one-on-one sessions.
