The LVN will provide patient-centered care, monitor patient conditions, and administer medications within clinical standards. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate EMR documentation and adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Candidates must hold an active Texas LVN license and have at least one year of recent experience in a clinical setting. A current BLS/CPR certification and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are also required.

Key Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice Assist with wound care and implementation of patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements.
Active Texas LVN License in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
