Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – $30–$34/hr Per Diem / W2 | Weekly Pay | Flexible Shifts | Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Position Overview We are hiring LVNs to support facilities across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including: Irving, Garland, Richardson, Plano Frisco, McKinney, Allen Arlington, Grapevine, Southlake, Denton You will work across high-demand facilities delivering patient-centered care in structured clinical environments. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice Assist with wound care and implementation of patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Active Texas LVN License in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
