Provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across various clinical settings. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing wound care, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
Candidates must hold an active Texas LVN license and possess at least one year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings. A current BLS/CPR certification and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are also required.
Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team as W2 per diem or contract casual employees supporting healthcare facilities across the North Austin area, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Pflugerville. In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with physicians, Registered Nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams across a range of clinical settings. Assignments may take place in: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) Rehabilitation Centers Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospitals Specialty Clinics Active Texas LVN License in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice Assist with wound care and implementation of patient care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements W2 employee classification Weekly payroll Flexible scheduling (day, evening, night, weekend shifts available) Access to high-demand healthcare facilities Consistent shifts with reliable scheduling Support from a responsive and professional staffing team
