The Dentist provides comprehensive oral healthcare, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical procedures for patients of all ages. They are also responsible for patient education, clinical leadership, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure overall patient health.
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree and a valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry and a DEA license in the State of Wisconsin. BLS certification and a valid Wisconsin Driver's License are also required.
The Dentist is responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care, including the diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, operative dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. This individual ensures high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. The Dentist collaborates with multidisciplinary care teams to support overall patient health, engages in patient education to promote oral hygiene, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives within the dental department. Additionally, this role participates in special projects and outreach efforts that support organizational goals and expand access to dental services.
1. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. 2. Preferred previous experience in a clinical dental setting.
