The RN Inpatient assesses, plans, and implements individual patient care while supervising co-workers in the execution of care plans. They provide exceptional service to patients and may work across different areas based on staff skill and patient acuity.
Candidates must possess strong technical motor skills for medical procedures and the ability to communicate professionally with patients and staff. Physical requirements include the ability to perform various movements like lifting and kneeling, alongside the mental capacity to evaluate patient conditions.
