The RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care unit, acting as a bridge between Med-Surg and ICU. Key duties include assessing patient status, developing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
Candidates must have a current RN state licensure and at least one year of RN experience. BLS or ACLS certification is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
