Role Purpose Performs a variety of procedures in cardiology including preparing patients for stress testing, EKGs, transcribing EKG interpretations, maintaining the EKG management system, Holter monitor hookups and disconnects, Holter checks, patient care and assessments in cardiopulmonary rehab, and assisting the cardiologists as necessary.
Performs general office duties. Performs cardiology tests and procedures. Ensures all equipment is cleaned, stocked, available, and kept in working order. Supports and demonstrates the continuous improvements of quality and service. Ensures charges are entered correctly and timely.
