• The Wellness Department provides health promotion services to schools, businesses, and other organizations that are looking to advocate healthier lifestyles.
• The department coordinates health fairs, health screenings, and other special events to meet the needs of our customers.
• The Per Diem RN II for Wellness, Travel & Executive Health will be responsible for delivering top quality services in support of the Wellness Department.
• Primary Responsibilities: Giving injections to varying age groups Performing venipuncture/fingersticks for lab requirements Taking/assessing vital signs Recognizing signs/symptoms of potential reaction to medications administered You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications

RN education Registered Nursing License CPR Certification 3+ years of RN experience Proven basic computer skills, able to draw blood for laboratory tests, both venipuncture and fingersticks Proven clear communication skills and ability to train staff, able to travel across regions, work in various locations to include corporate organizations, able to work with high level company executives and dignitaries from foreign nations Willing or open to 10 shifts a month to include weekend, early morning and evening shifts as required Demonstrated ability to work in various locations, including Houston businesses Willingness to travel within Texas (driving distance from Houston) as needed for Wellness events Willing or open 3 shifts per year related to clinic holidays, with minimum 1 shift related to a winter holiday

The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $62.50 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
